Real Fiber Works (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates realfiberworks.com and the Real Fiber Works progressive web app (PWA). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the site or the installed app.

No account required

You do not need an account to use Real Fiber Works tools, charts, notes, or games. Core field features are designed to work offline after the app has been installed or pages have been cached on your device.

Information stored on your device

To support field use, the app may store data locally on your device only, including:

Notes and note titles you create
Pinned tools and related preferences
Game progress or settings (if you use Games)
Cached pages and assets for offline use (via the service worker)

This local data is not uploaded to Real Fiber Works servers by the core toolbox features. Clearing site data in your browser or uninstalling the app may delete it. You are responsible for any information you choose to save in Notes.

Information collected through the website

Information you voluntarily provide (for example, email if you contact us).
Standard technical data from hosting and security providers such as Cloudflare (for example, IP address, browser type, and request logs used to operate and protect the site).
Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
